Request: Save / Load Patterns in C14 Pattern Editor

Request:
Add a Save / Load Patterns feature in the C14 Pattern Editor.
First thing i did was to look for preset patterns to get started, but it seems you cannot load (or save) patterns. This would be an awesome feature.

+1 to this, it would be great to be able to have a pattern library for breaks you have programmed.

+1 to this.
You need to be able to save / load your patterns.

What an oversight or incompetence not to be able to save patterns! Wow! Let’s hope they sort this out in the next update.

Absolutely ! This is just ridiculous…
They want us to take a screen shot of our patterns so we can redo it next time…
Talk about workflow improvement…

There are some factory patterns available to load in factory sound pack, so I’m sure they’re going to add an option to save them, too.

Anyone tried to drag a pattern to media browser? Or right-clicking on the pattern name? I’m away from my DAW now, so can’t test it :frowning:

No you cannot drag pattern to media bay or Windows Explorer from the Editor or a track. Converting it to a MIDI part, then yes, you can drag to Windows Explorer but not Media Bay. No way to reconvert MIDI part back to Pattern.

Ridiculous indeed!
I personally use Algonaut Atlas (like XO but better), able to change kits on the fly, use the same sounds but different patterns, or random kits/patterns. If Steinberg implemented those features in this Drum/Pattern Editor plugin, it would be amazing.

Yes, I hope they add this soon.
