I’m advertising the lot as one sale.
All licenses I’m selling are on one elicenser (nothing else on it)
I presume I can still use option b in this link as I’m, selling everything on it?

If you are selling the whole ‘lot’, it’s indeed option B.
Option A is only for those needing to split the licenses onto different keys (e.g. want to keep Cubase, but want to sell the VSTi).
