Reset Button Not Working for Transport in Studio Setup

The Reset button does not work in the Transport section of Studio Setup. *sigh

ALSO… can someone tell me what exactly changing the colors here is supposed to affect?
I thought it would affect the time display in the transport panel but there’s no change.

It affects the color of the Studio > More Options > Max. Record Time window.
