Reset Cubase Elements to Factory Settings

I want to erase ALL the settings I have changed and start over. I tried uninstalling Cubase Elements 10.5 (Windows 10) but the settings did not change.

Got it! CTRL + ALT + SHIFT while Cubase is launching.
