I should have reported this ages ago.
In the Channel Editor window, resetting the EQ tab (Alt-Click) merely bypasses it. Keeping the Alt key down, a second click will reset the EQ but leave it bypassed. One more click is required to get back to the action. Annoying, especially as the Channel Strip tab works as it’s supposed to.
I don’t understand why things that have worked perfectly in the past suddenly develop faults. This is not an isolated instance. What’s going on?

But nevertheless here we are in version 11.0.30 it hasn’t been fixed! How come it’s not been picked up on? The other tab works fine so how hard can it be to iron out this irritating little wrinkle?
Was this fixed in C12 as i’m having the same issue , the alt click only bypasses NOT resets the EQ ?
Sadly not. I managed to get the request passed on to the head honcho at development but he didn’t sound optimistic about it happening any time soon.
But I’m happy to inform you that it has been fixed in 13!
