Reset to Factory and Apply button

I’m a bit confused as to how Reset to Factory in Engraving Options work.
When I press it, the Apply button doesn’t activate, so I do not know whether anything has happened or not.
One can go through the score and check the elements.
Or is there something not working as expected here?

Reset to Factory automatically applies the changes when you click it, so the Apply button does not need to be enabled.
