I have missing icons showing up as question marks in the media bay and application GUI, I have reinstalled the app, any ideas?

What language do you use in Cubase? What is your system language?

You may have a conflicting font installed. Open the Font Book.app and run the Resolve Duplicates... function.

Thanks, I did that, unfortunately still the same issue.
These icons are normally in this file: /Applications/Cubase 15.app/Contents/fonts/Steinberg Icons.ttf.
I can only guess that the installation somehow failed. But you said that you already reinstalled it. Any other non Apple software running while Cubase is running?
No other apps running, the font is there, is it supposed to be installed into the system fonts folder as well?

One last idea, does this happen when you start in safe mode with disabled third party plug-ins?
Not sure why or how, but the icons font was installed in the system folder, removing it resolved the issue, thanks for the help.
Then it was the old one from Version 14, which don’t include the new icons. Glad it works now.

Hi Arne,
Is it possible to have a nice notebook / word pad as a lower zone tab sometime in the near future. It would come in very handy instead of the floating notepad that constantly gets in the way. Also is it possible to use a lower zone tab as a plug-in dock sometime in the future. That would be wonderful especially if they are assigned to QC controls.
