Rest bar contents disappear on instrument change

Using Dorico 3.5
The player has xylophone and Glock. Changing to Glock causes a whole bar to become empty that should have a rest & a pause mark over it.

In the actual part that bar has disappeared and without the rest & pause mark the player will not know what’s happening!

How can I restore this so that bar 216 is visible & the player knows what’s happening?

Does the dotted crotchet rest ending bar 215 (in the xylophone) have its “Ends Voice” property turned on? If so, turn it off. Does the first Glock chord in 217 have its “Starts Voice” property turned on? If so, turn it off.
