Rest grouping

Hello,
I imported an XML file from Finale and got this undesired rest grouping. I want it to be two 8th rests. I browsed through the note grouping options and rests in Notation Options but couldn’t find the correct solution. Any tips?

Select the Time Signature and activate this property:

Just as a curiosity…do you have a checklist of things to do after a xml import?

I think before importing, untick everything except perhaps text items and other technical playing techniques under Preferences->MusicXML->Import
At least, that’s my settings.
