Hi! In “page view” with condensing mode activated, there’s no 8th rest in the second voice. How can I solve?

Have you tried re-entering the music? If so, can you attach a short project that displays this issue?
If this is 4/4, notice that the quarter rest belongs to the upper part, and reads incorrectly for the lower part.
Try making the eighth rest in the lower part an explicit rest by selecting it in galley view and typing the letter O. Let us know if that doesn’t fix the condensed notation.
I am Mattia’s colleague. Yes, we tried to rewrite the lines but the result is always the same. Also tried to block the one-eighth break as suggested but it doesn’t work. Thanks anyway for the help. Do you have other solutions? Or is it an application error?
It’s highly unlikely to be an application error.

I inserted a Condensing change on the second beat of bar 2, as in the second screenshot. You will probably need to insert one somewhere soon after that bar to return the settings back to how they were.
