Hello in french version “Rest” page does not appear in Engraving Options, But, “Holds and pauses” page appear twice (with a bad translation)… 
Thanks, Vincent, we’ll see if we can squeeze a fix for this into the build we will release to fix the crash in the Time Signatures and Bars and Barlines panels.
