I am trying to run the software after resetting the computer data and reinstalling.
Unfortunately, the product key I purchased does not work when entering the software, even though I have a valid license.

Which edition of Cubase 10 do you use, please? Is it Cubase Pro, Artist, Elements, LE or AI?
If you are talking about Cubase Elements/LE/AI and you are using Soft-eLicenser, go for the Reactivation, please. If your license sits on the USB-eLicenser (Cubase Pro and Artist by default, or you transferred your Elements/LE/AI license to the USB-eLicenser), just plug the USB-eLicenser in and you are ready to go.
Then go for the reactivation as mentioned above, please.
