I have uninstalled Dorico and reinstalled it. Switched the iPad off and on. I have also unsubscribed and resubscribed. I’d be grateful for your help.

Hey Ben, this is from and old thread but may be what you need…
The thread is “Can’t get to engrave mode…”
I had the same issue. I had to go through the motions as if I’m subscribing and tapped ok. Only then did it see the subscription and the subscribe buttons disappeared. It took a bunch of tries to get it to work. The Restore Purchase did absolutely nothing. I had this happen on two iPads.
Note the “it took a bunch of tries…”

Thanks Jim. After your reply I unsubscribed and resubscribed but still couldn’t restore purchase. I repeated the process and then restore purchase work. So your advice was spot on.

This is happening to me on a new iPad. Tapping “Restore” doesn’t work. Tapping the yearly plan as if I’m going to subscribe does display the “You’re already subscribed” button. After I tap “OK”, the “Subscribe” button disappears for a brief moment, but then immediately re-appears. This seems like an ongoing issue with Dorico for iPad.
