I bought Iconica Sketch and can’t restore it on my other phone, although all five previous purchases were successfully restored.

Did you purchase Iconica Sketch for iPhone/iPad and use the additional Cubasis plug-in version with Cubasis 3.7, or did you purchase the Iconcia Sketch IAP within Cubasis for Android?

I don’t know if this is important, but half a month before purchasing Iconica Sketch, I installed Cubasis 3 with 5 plugins on another Android.
I think i didnt use the restore on my 2nd account… i just buy/installed it and it didnt ask for payment, it just downloaded and installed it. (Make sure you use the same google play account as your other device)
And I use the program on several devices, so when new plugins are released, I need to download them on each device. Yes, I have one account. Everything worked before, but with the latest update 3.7 problems started
Unfortunately we are unable to reproduce the problem.
As a first step you may check to close all apps, including Cubasis, followed by fully shutting off your device (turn it off). Maybe things do work as expected immediately after restarting the device and relaunching Cubasis.

Suddenly a “download” button appeared, although I did nothing. I was able to download and use the new plugin Iconica Sketch. Now we are waiting for the bug with the intermittent sound to be fixed.
