Rests intersect staff at different angles in Bravura font

Hello,

I don’t know if this has been brought to the team before, but the 1/8 note and shorter rest durations in Bravura all intersect the staff lines at different angles. I’m unsure if it’s an intentional design decision or a mistake, but I noticed it in a project I was working on earlier today and now it’s something I can’t unsee. The 1/8, 1/16, 1/32, and 1/64 rests in particular are the ones where I’m noticing the most difference in angle: the 1/32 rest is the most vertical, followed by the 1/8 rest, the 1/64 rest is even more angled, and the 1/16 rest is the most angled.

These images demonstrate this phenomenon:

ETA: I made this little guy by taking the angle of intersection for the 1/8 through 1/64 rests, hopefully that makes the issue a little clearer:

I’m also noticing now that the 1/1024 rest is significantly more “jagged” compared to the other rests. Maybe that glyph is from an earlier version of the font?

Anyway, thank you very much for your tireless work, Dorico team!

Well spotted. I’ve always been bothered by the round blob of quaver (and shorter) rests not being perfectly centred in the space, and your graphic shows that the positioning of these is also not quite consistent.

I also notice that on the shortest rest the blob in the 1st-from-top space has a little blemish, not that I can ever imagine needing this.
