Is it possible to restore the Rests deleted in Remove Rests?
You can show rests again by selecting the notes or rests immediately to the right/left of deleted rests, then deactivating the corresponding Starts voice or Ends voice properties in the Notes and Rests group of the Properties panel.

Yes. Select all. Filter (select)> notes and chords… If you have tuplets and grace notes you might also need to de-select them. Once the notes properties are visible in the lower panel, just reset the starts/ends voice properties.
