Rests with Slashes in Percussion Kit

Hello,

when I am adding a slashes in my percussion kit, I get full rests as my slashes would be in a different voice. But percussion kits do not have different voices…
I know I can hide these rests, but can I turn them off somehow.

Thank you. But I already have this setting. I am wondering if it something in the instrument settings. Or the percussion kit settings…

Maybe skip the slash-voices in the kit and just change note-heads to slashes instead?
