Retrologue - and Cubase 12 pro

I recently purchased my upgrade from 11 to 12 pro. So my question is, does Cubase come with Retrologue? Cubase 12 pro is activated and working, but when I try to drop retrologue it says no license found.

Please update the included VST instruments to the latest versions by using the Steinberg Download Assistant. They need to be updated in order for them to become compatible with the new Steinberg Licensing system.
