Retrologue Square Waves

Hi,

Why do the square waves in Retrologue sound very buzzy, instead of the normal clarinet type sound? Is there a way to make them sound like a regular square wave? Or maybe it’s just my computer?

Macbook Pro 10.7.3
2.2 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo
6 GB ram
