Not this one, I have a CS-80 V4 soundbank that is free of charge. 64 cinematic sounds in the same style as Vangelis.

Why is an account with a payment service required to download a free sound bank? 
Because how else will they sell your data?
The only factual entry I had to make for download was one of my email addresses.
