Reverb CPU and Ram tests 3rd Party and Stock

Hi all, Thinking about buying a new reverb Cinematic Rooms , thought I’d do some tests with the demo before going ahead found some interesting things , it’s not a real world test as I mainly use around six reverbs and use aux sends the old school way , but to push CPU I loaded 147 tracks of stereo audio and hit play to see the CPU load images below . I have no idea why some have very high ASIO readings . if any know’s please let me know.

The stock reverbs that come with Cubase out perform hands down on CPU load and RAM usage ram is high with Reverence" but that’s because of the impulse response side of it then Softtube RC24 and RC48 very close behind .

the shocker is the RAM CR uses a massive 28.3GB! I have no idea why and have asked liquid sounds for advice .

The RAM usage is not likely to be this high. For example, Roomworks is an algorithmic reverb (no samples, just programming).

well you can see for your self above, I also quit Cubase between each test to make sure there was a buffer build up when removing each one
