In my older version of Cubase, the dosing of the signal sent to reverb (SEND) was expressed in %, from 0 to 100. In the new version, it is expressed in dB, from negative infinity to +6. How should I undestand this ? To what (in %) corresponds 0 db ? Thanks !
Negative infinity is 0%, 0dB is 100%, and +6dB corresponds to 200% (volume multiplied by two).

Valsolim explained it - thank you.
Let me add: Forget the words and legends and units. Just listen. Just listen.
