I upgrade my Imac to this new operation system Yosemite OSX , my rewire don’t work after that.

The latest Cubase 6 is 2.5 years old, so Yosemite compatibility won’t happen anymore. Your only chance is to revert to your previous OS…

Rewire for me isn’t working with Pro Tools or Cubase 8 with the latest reason install. No rewire shows up not even the Waves Tune
