Rewrite note pitches - same durations

Is there a way to rewrite the heights of notes (with input mode enabled) while keeping the duration? My use case is that I have a section with the same rythmic/voice pattern, but different pitches. I’m looking for a way to duplicate my “master” bar (say 10x) and then just modify the heights without having to care about the note values.
