Probably this isn’t added yet to the program, but it’s something that speeds my engraving process a lot in the other notation program: Re-enterenting note pitches while keep the same rhythm of notes already entered. Is this possible at this time?
Yes, with the caret active select lock durations, the caret turns dashed…

Glad it worked. I just noticed that the caret doesn’t turn dashed by clicking the lock to durations icon, but does when you hit the L key. One can also double-click to get the dashed caret.
