Is the “Align Beats to Project” enabled in MediaBay? Is Tempo defined in the REX file?

Yes, I can confirm. When I import it to project, it creates an Audio Part and all slices are in.

I have just tried with Cubase 7.5 and it was the same.

Yep. I think it’s been a long-standing bug that hasn’t been addressed…
