The file I am currently working in will not input percussion rhythm slashes.
I created a new file, set up the slash entry in the percussion edit and it worked fine. I tried to copy and paste from the new file but the slashes would not be there, only regular note heads.
I am trying to input two slash eighth notes starting on beat 4 in measure 29.

I’m on my iPad at the moment rather than my Mac, so I can’t examine the notehead sets in Library > Notehead Sets, but is it possible that the slash notehead set has been modified somehow? Can you also check the settings on the Notes page of Library > Engraving Options to see which notehead sets are chosen by default for slashes?

Both the Library Notehead Sets and Engraving Options Notes are correctly set for slash noteheads.
In the Edit Notehead Sets dialogue box there is a red triangle appearing in the upper left hand corner of the slash noteheads category.
In the Engraving Options dialogue box I have oversized selected for the design of rhythmic slashes.
The problem is that you have the option Voicing for drum set kit presentation set to Use single voice on the Percussion page of Library > Notation Options. Set this instead to Use voicing defined in kit editor.
