Rhythmic Notation bug

Hello -

Thanks to Dan Sneider - I was able to program a keyboard shortcut for Slash Notation (CTRL-S)
Key Commands - Note Input - Create Slash Region.

I programmed Rhythmic notation (CTRL-R).
and the 2nd bar.
Key Commands: Edit - Change Voice to Up-Stem Voice 1

The problem is - my keyboard shortcut won’t work on a staff until after I have manually selected the bar and by going into the menu and selecting:
Edit - Notations - Voice - Change Voice - New Slashed Up Stem Voice.

Once I have done this once for a staff, the shortcut works fine for the rest. Is there another way to create the rhythmic slash notation in Bar 4 that will work like the Slash Region option?

You can’t Change Voice to a Slash Voice until the Slash Voice actually exists. The shortcut to create the Slash Voice is just Shift+Alt+V though, you don’t need to do anything with the menu.
