Rhythmic Slashes with Notes underneath

Hello,
I am trying to notate what I have in my image. The top voice are Rhythm Slashes. How can I get whole notes underneath rhythmic slashes. I know this work with Slash regions as they act like a different voice. However this does not work with slashed noteheads. They only way it does work is if each slash head is together with the F# underneath, which just makes it horrible to read. Is there any option for independent voices in a staff? This is also written for guitar, if that is a problem

You can:

  • enter the (rhythmic) “Bs” in voice 1
  • enter the chord symbol
  • Invoke Write > Create Slash Voice to convert those notes
  • Enter the 8-beat F# in a second voice

I just fiddled around and got it! I notated it as previously mentioned with the stems connected and then select the Rhythms I wanted as Rhythm Slashes. Then I go to edit->notations->voices->change voice->new slash upstem voice
Then I just needed to switch the direction of the tie in the note properties
