does the RME-Babyface with the new softwareupgrade “Class Compliant Mode” work with Cubasis? It’s not listed under compatible harware.

It’s Class Compliant, so there’s no reason why it shouldn’t! If your iPad detects it, it will work…
However, many things are still not implemented. 24 bit audio for example… So the excellent spec of your Babyface will be somewhat wasted on Cubasis!
