for a month now I can’t find a solution to the problem
i have a pci hdsp cardbus multiface sound card
the problem is when working in DAW the computer freezes and doesn’t respond at all
only restart by holding down the power button
maybe someone has encountered such a problem please help

OS, audio interface, graphic card, Cubase/Nuendo version, what exactly are you doing before the DAW freezes, etc.

Which Cubase or Nuendo version are you on?
Can you say which plugins you are talking about? Chances are high that this behaviour is caused by specific plugins and not necessarily your audio interface. Do you use VST2 plugins by any chance?
Cubase 14 does not support VST2 anymore, you have to explicetly allow it.
Have you downloaded and installed the latest driver for your audio interface?
yes the latest driver version
i still have daw fl there it’s the same story
yes i use vst3 the fastest computer hangs on soothe2 for example but it’s no difference pro l2 ff also causes hangs.
computer hangs when i load the project a little with anything
on my usb sound card i can load the project to 100% that it starts to crackle and nothing, everything works and here i just give a little load and the whole computer hangs
If it is really the whole computer that freezes (so you cannot do anything at all in windows ) and not only Cubase, it is likely that it is either a hardware problem or a very low level driver problem. Maybe something graphics card or OpenGL related, as you write that it happens when you open plugins (lots of newer plugins use OpenGL).
