Hi,
I had to put cubase elements and my rock essentials extra drumkit for groove agent (which I bought) on a new computer. Did the whole thing with reactivation, etc. Cubase elements 8 is now working, but I cannot find the extra drum kits stuff from the rock essentials in groove agent. Altough the e-licenser states that I have a new code, etc. I have contacted steinberg several times, but nobody bothers to contact me back on it 
. Can someone helps me out?
