I have tried to search for a straightforward answer, but I have yet to find one.
In creating a click track for our ensemble, I need to raise the volume of the click with respect to the playing instruments.
Of course, i could simply lower the faders of each of the other instruments; I could also put a compressor on the beep channel.
The more natural way for me would be to route the instruments to a separate stereo auxiliary buss, which then I patch to the main bus, leaving the beep routed to the mains. I would then simply adjust the fader of the auxiliary bus.
I can’t figure out how to do that in Dorico….
Ideas?
