Routing MAC audio output to Cubase Audio Track

Hello, I’m relatively new to this, so if there is anyone out there who could help, the advice would be much appreciated.
I want to record from my MAC direct into a Cubase Audio track.
I presume I need to (route / set up) the audio output to be an audio input somewhere in Cubase or on the MAC.
I could just mess around till I figure it out one way or another, but any advice would help

Cubase Pro 9
Apogee duet
RK10 Monitors

I use an app called Soundflower. It allows you to route the output of your Mac to Soundflower, and then set Soundflower as the audio device in Cubase. Then any audio that you play on your Mac can be recorded to an audio track in Cubase.

Hope this helps!

Cheers thanks, hoped I could route in internally I’ll try this
Thanks Again
