Routing multi-timbral instruments with VEPro

The VSL forums might be the place for this query, but I figured that folk here might have some insights.

I like the idea of setting up instrument configurations in VEPro to make it easier to move between Cubase & Dorico. I don’t see a way, though, of putting in a Kontakt instance, or Omnisphere for another example, and addressing the midi channels 2-16. Is there a way to do this?

Just for once, I can answer my own question. Give the instrument its own VEPro instance, then change its MIDI channel to All. Then, in Dorico, the assigned MIDI channel will correspond to the VST’s slot for that channel.
