Running Dorico Pro 2 and 3 are not allowed?

Since yesterday, I have been editing a scanned musicXml file in Dorico.
I have two flows in a Dorico file.
Flow 1: The edited version of Flow s
Flow 2: An imported musicXml

I have two windows: Window A for flow 1 and Window B for flow 2.
However, editing a measure of Flow 1 in Window A changes the display in Window B also to the same position of Flow 1.

Thus, I tried to running Dorico 2 and Dorico 3 simultaneously, but they crash.

Are running Dorico Pro 2 and 3 not allowed?

Nope.

You cannot run Dorico 2 and Dorico 3 at the same time because the audio engine in each version requires access to the same system resources. Two instances of the audio engine cannot run at the same time.
