Rx9 VST3 plugs with latency -> Audio Mixdown does not compensate

Hi all, I tried to mixdown offline cycle markers and the result is I get roughly 3 seconds of silence in every file beginning (which represents roughly the total latency of the Izotope Rx9 VST3 plugins running realtime on the tracks).

Why ?

My only workaround was to export in real-time, then I actually SEE the cursor/playhead jumping back 3 seconds BEFORE the beginning of the cycle marker and only then the resulting file is correct…but what a waste of time !

If a plug has 3 seconds of latency then I wouid suggest applying it through the offline processing DOP window.
