Ryzen 3950x build - I can’t believe it

I don’t post much here . Lots of lurking.
Been a paying Cubase user for over 15 years.

I’ve always built my own systems , for nearly 2 decades.
All were dedicated DAW machines using near top of the line available at the time.
The last one was an Intel 8700K , first one an Athlon 1200. So yeah I’ve see a lot of performance jumps.

Still using an RME UFX USB2 Interface.
The most intense plugin I routinely use is
Waves Abbey Road Plates

I could get maybe 6-8 of these to run on my 8700K CB 10.5.

The build I finished yesterday is
Ryzen 3950x stock
Noctua NH-D15
Crucial Ballistix 32 GB (2 x 16 GB) DDR4-3600 CL16 Memory
RAM overclocked to 3733 MHz
MSI MEG X570 UNIFY Motherboard

I just loaded up 60 tracks with an Abbey Road Plates Reverb on each one.
No dropouts … Zero.
I am shocked.
Way better than I expected, the biggest upgrade I’ve ever experienced in all the years of building my own DAW PCs.

Dead silent system as well , MB / Graphics fans don’t come on.
Case and CPU fans are 400 rpm and unless your heads in the case you can’t hear it above the ambient noise in a silent room.

I was able to max out the CPUs without getting dropouts. , never experienced that with any other system.
Well done AMD and well done Steinberg amazing time to be alive.
Just had to share.
