I cannot find a Sambaflute in Dorico pro. Normally it is shown at percussion instruments?

No samba flute, nor apito. But there is a whistle. Would that do?
In any case, you can create your own instruments if needed, thanks to the instrument editor.
Agreed. Samba Flute is a style of play, not a separate instrument.
Somthines they called it a threetone whistle
As @MarcLarcher mentioned, I’ve usually heard that called an Apito:
As Dorico doesn’t have it by default, you might want to start duplicating the Whistle instrument and then editing it.
