Hi guys, having issues with samples. they play ok in the media bay, sync with my project tempo, but once i double click or drag into the project, the sample goes wonky and plays faster than the project tempo. I am thinking it’s a settings issue but don’t know what to do…
Is your audio track set to musical mode? I think that icon on the track in the playlist is hidden by default.
Thanks a lot Wheels. I got in touch with tech support and Tim gave me this-
- in the command line of the ‘Run’ window, enter this path: %appdata%/Steinberg
- Locate the folder which is named the same as your Steinberg program, for example ‘Cubase 8.5’.
- Rename it (for example, from ‘Cubase 8.5’ to ‘xCubase 8.5’) in order to hide it from your Steinberg software. The folder will only be hidden safely, if the change will be done before the original folder name.
