I imported a audio from video from C8 the video was probably 48.1 K I exported it from C.8 as 44.1
in theory If I put it back in the video at 44.1 it should be out of sync…so, can I export it from WL8
as 48.1 and will it put it back in sync…at least in theory

This question is very confusing, and poorly written.
First, I think you mean 48k and not 48.1k
Why change the sample rate if you don’t need to?
When applications convert the sample rate, the sync and length of the file stays the same.
Maybe you can explain more about what you’re trying to do.
