It would seem that i do not have Sampler control available at all, nor do i have the option to add a Sampler track in Cubase 11 AI. Do i need to install Sampler Controller separately, or how do i troubleshoot why it is missing?

As you can see in the Cubase editions comparison chart, Sampler Track is not available in Cubase LE and Cubase AI. This is Cubase Elements and higher edition only.
