Hi,

You are using Cubase 9.5.21. Update to 9.5.30, please. If Cubase 9.5.30 still crashes, share a new 9.5.30 crash dump file, please.

What kind of file is it? Is it WAV or MP3 or FLAC? Mono/Stereo/5.1…? What Sample Rate, Bit Depth, please?
