This is a feature request for saving External FX send and return gain and inputs and outputs with each project. I have not yet upgraded to 8.5, but from what I’ve read nothing have been done to this section.
This is now saved globally. I don’t get it. Why would you want the send and return gain on an FX saved globally?
Plugin settings are of course saved within the project. There’s no reason why External FX inserts should be any different.
I love Cubase for a lot of reasons, but since I sold my large format console and went into “hybrid mode” this has been a total pain. Come on Steinberg, you have gotten this request many a time before from other users that rely heavily on outboard gear.
