I installed 4 TC Electronics Plugins (ICON Class) TC2290, TC8210, TC1210 and DVR 250 together with their hardware controllers (USB). All is working fine except the preset handling. The plugin internal preset handling does not work. In the menu of the plugin (not the cubase vst3 preset handling) i selected “save as” and a document folder is shown . I give the preset a name and save . In windows there are the presets shown in the folder. But in the plugins the user presets are not shown. It seems that the plugins cannot find their user presets. The TC Electronics Support recommended a ticket at steinberg because they think there were some other issues with usb soundcard presets - but this is not a soundcard configuration. It seems that the plugins save the presets under a different file extension, that the plugin is searching for with user presets. Very strange. Windows 10, Cubase pro 12
