Saving a Project in Nuendo 12 takes 10s

A project with only 15 VSTi nothing crazy. few Omnisphere 2 and a few Avenger 2.
Project size 9mb takes Nuendo about 10s to save on a very fast M.2 drive.
I see a blue spinning wheel and everything is frozen for 10s
My auto save is set to 2m so it becomes very annoying very fast.

Can i do something?

Are you using ARA in any clips?

I get these slow saving times when I have ARA open on something. But then again, project size tends to get big in the same proportion.

no ARA, indeed when you leave unprocessed ARA files in the save, it’s easy 90mb
