Saving a Project that uses Cubase/Ableton Rewire

Cubase/Ableton rewire help needed, its first time I tried this and its worked fine so far !

i now have a few Cubase midi tracks playing instruments in Ableton and now want to save my progress! is there a way of saving the cubase/ Ableton rewire project together so it will load together when i next work on it ? or do i have to save each project separately and re select the midi outputs again in Cubase ?

thanks for any help as i cant find any info on the best way to save rewire projects !

You need to save the work you are doing in both programs. It’s easy to forget and save regularly in Cubase, only to encounter a problem and lose all of your work in Live.
