A short question. PC processing wise, where is the best place to save sound libraries, in the system disc C: or in a separate partiion of it, or even in another disc (internal or external) ? So, in the same place with your DAW or not ?

All my sound libraries are on an internal M.2 drive which is much faster than my ssd C drive. I use SD3 (drum sampler) which loads the kits into memory which can be a few gig in size. With the M.2 drive it loads within a couple of seconds
