Saving/Loading Effect-Chain-Presets not working

Hello,

Cubase 9.5 on Mac:

i have a effect chain with some effects. I would like to transfer this chain to another project (Master-Effects in Master-Chain)
I can save the chain as a preset, but when i try to load the preset in another channel or project, nothing happens, when i select my presets. Other default presets are working but not my customer presets.

Any ideas? Thank you!
