Saving user content kit presets using mediabay groove agent 6 mac os

Can someone verify if it’s possible to create a new folder and save user content kit presets in Mediabay? I think it’s not working.

Solved: MacOS can sometimes prevent Groove Agent from automatically creating the necessary user folder, causing the save button to fail or do nothing.

Navigate to: ~/Library/Audio/Presets/Steinberg Media Technologies/Groove Agent
If the “Groove Agent” folder (or subfolders like “Multi” or “Kit”) does not exist, manually create them.
Restart Groove Agent and try saving again.
